Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Development Representative (SDR).
Your primary responsibility is to generate client opportunities through consistent outreach and conversation building.
This is a performance-driven role—results matter more than effort.
You will work directly with the founder and contribute to revenue generation and pipeline building.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and connect with Founders, HR Managers, and Hiring Teams
• Execute 100+ targeted outreaches daily (LinkedIn, Email, Calls)
• Generate qualified leads for recruitment services
• Book meetings and support client conversion
• Follow up consistently to drive responses
• Maintain daily tracking of outreach and results
Qualifications
• 0–2 years experience in sales / business development
• Strong communication and outreach ability
• Comfortable with cold outreach and rejection
• Execution mindset (action-focused)
• Ability to work independently
Compensation
• Fixed: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000/month
• ₹3,000 – ₹5,000 per qualified meeting
• ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per client closure
