The Role
Weβre looking for a phone-first SDR who can confidently engage senior decision-makers and convert outbound outreach into qualified meetings. If you thrive on cold calling, enjoy high-energy sales environments, and know how to build trust fast - this role is for you.
What Youβll Do
- Drive high-volume outbound cold calls across international markets
- Convert LinkedIn & email outreach into booked meetings
- Speak with C-level executives and decision-makers
- Handle objections confidently and move conversations forward
- Maintain CRM hygiene and daily activity tracking
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve messaging & pipeline performance
What Weβre Looking For
- 3β5 years of B2B SDR / outbound sales experience
- Strong cold-calling and lead generation skills
- Excellent spoken English and executive-level communication
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRMs
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable in startup environments
- Open to working market-aligned shifts:
- US: 6:30 PM β 2:30 AM IST
- SEA: 6:30 AM β 2:30 PM IST
- GCC: 10:30 AM β 6:30 PM IST
