Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) for the India region. Your main job is to talk with interested clients, understand what they need, and convert them into confirmed publishing clients.
You will mainly handle leads coming from Meta, LinkedIn, and other social media ads.
Key Responsibilities
• Quickly respond to incoming leads from social media
• Understand client needs and suggest the right publishing package
• Explain Jadetimes services clearly through calls, email, and WhatsApp
• Follow up regularly to close sales
• Keep simple records of leads and conversations
• Work with marketing and editorial teams when needed
Payment & Benefits (Important)
This job has NO fixed monthly salary. It is fully commission based.
• Earn 20% commission on total confirmed monthly sales
• Get ₹7,500 bonus if you achieve 25 confirmed clients in a month
• Get ₹15,000 bonus if you achieve 50 confirmed clients in a month
Payments will be made each 30 working days.
