We are hiring Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to drive pipeline generation and early-stage sales conversations across global markets — including the United States, United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, and the Middle East. This role is designed for individuals who are highly execution-driven, disciplined in outreach, and focused on building consistent pipeline at scale. You will play a critical role in driving top-of-funnel growth and enabling revenue expansion across international markets.

We are now scaling from 20 → 200, with a strong focus on pipeline velocity, conversion efficiency, and global market expansion.
Role Overview
As an SDR, you will be responsible for building and managing the top of the sales funnel, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving high-volume outbound outreach (LinkedIn, email, and other channels)
- Identifying and researching target accounts, decision-makers, and opportunities
- Initiating first-touch conversations and qualifying potential clients
- Booking meetings and passing qualified leads to the sales team
- Maintaining CRM hygiene, tracking pipeline activity, and ensuring follow-ups
- Continuously improving messaging, outreach strategies, and conversion rates
This role requires discipline, consistency, and strong execution over time.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for candidates with 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or related roles.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort with cold outreach, follow-ups, and rejection
- High energy, persistence, and execution focus
- Ability to manage targets, activity metrics, and pipeline goals
- A self-driven approach in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment
Prior exposure to B2B sales, SaaS, recruitment, or tech services is a plus.
