Role Description
As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving Volody's customer acquisition efforts. Your main responsibilities will include identifying and generating leads, nurturing prospects through effective communication, and supporting the sales team in converting these leads into clients. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, requiring a strong understanding of sales and business development processes.
Qualifications
- Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
- 1-4 years experience
- Proven experience in Sales and Business Development
- Ability to build rapport with prospects and clients
- Goal-oriented mindset and a proactive attitude
- Knowledge of the SaaS industry or contract management software is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales methodologies is desirable
- Self-motivated with the ability to work collaboratively in a team
