Job Description:
Primary Responsibilities
B2B Sales Inside lead generation who has worked in BANT Framework with good communication and Product selling knowledge would be a plus.
Cold caling and lead generation cycle experience.
Communicating with customers, making outbound calls and emails to potential customers, and following up on leads.
To work closely with the business team to ensure leads are generated within various business sectors.
Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
To achieve agreed personal and departmental targets captured from calling data provided.
To be proactive in identifying opportunities for new business
To deal with clients in a professional manner at all times aligned to our brand values.
To ensure service is prompt, polite and professional standards are kept.
Route qualified leads to outside sales teams by initiating appointments.
Secondary Responsibilities:
Researching and qualifying new leads.
Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
Upselling products and services.
To assist with other departments as required
Education and Experience:
Prior experience of 1 to 3 years in B2B sales would be highly preferable and catering to hyper- growth
organization is relevant. He/ She should be highly organized in planning and willing to develop new
skills to upbring the growth of the self in the organization. A positive approach to objection handling is
essential. In addition to the above main responsibilities, the Lead Generation Executive will be
required to undertake any other task, deemed to be appropriate to the job role.
