We are hiring an experienced Sales Development Representative — IT Services to support international client prospecting, lead generation, and business development for the USA and UK markets.
This is a full-time remote role for candidates who have hands-on experience in IT services sales, B2B lead generation, cold outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, email campaigns, and appointment setting.
The ideal candidate should be able to identify potential clients, reach out to decision-makers, qualify business opportunities, and support the sales pipeline for services such as web development, mobile app development, AI solutions, SaaS development, CRM, ERP, cloud, DevOps, and custom software development.
# Key Responsibilities
- The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Identifying and researching potential clients in the USA and UK markets.
- Generating qualified B2B leads for IT services and software development projects.
- Finding decision-makers such as CEOs, founders, CTOs, product heads, operations heads, and business owners.
- Creating targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Crunchbase, Google, directories, company websites, and other lead generation tools.
- Running outbound campaigns through LinkedIn, cold email, and calling.
- Writing professional outreach messages, follow-up emails, and introductory business communication.
- Qualifying prospects based on business need, budget, timeline, and decision-making authority.
- Scheduling meetings or discovery calls for the senior sales / business development team.
- Maintaining CRM records, follow-up status, lead notes, and pipeline updates.
- Understanding client requirements at a basic level and mapping them to suitable IT services.
- Collaborating with internal teams to prepare basic proposals, pitch documents, or service presentations when required.
- Meeting weekly and monthly lead generation, outreach, and appointment-setting targets.
# Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in SDR, business development, lead generation, inside sales, or client acquisition.
- Previous experience in an IT services / software development company is mandatory.
- Proven experience in generating leads for international markets, preferably USA and UK.
- Strong understanding of IT services such as web development, mobile apps, SaaS, AI, CRM, ERP, cloud, or custom software.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication.
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing, prospect research, and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Comfortable working with targets, follow-ups, and sales performance metrics.
- Candidates without IT services sales or lead generation experience will not be considered.
