Role Description
This internship offers a pathway to a full-time, on-site Sales Development Representative (SDR) role based in Hyderabad. It is ideal for candidates with 0–1 Year of experience who are looking to build a career in sales and business development.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, generating, and qualifying leads through structured prospecting and outreach initiatives. You will support the sales team in driving business development efforts by engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and nurturing opportunities through the early stages of the sales cycle.
As a key point of contact for prospective customers, you will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless and efficient workflow. Additionally, you will contribute to overall business growth while representing iCompaas with professionalism and a strong customer-first approach.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential leads through outbound prospecting and research.
- Engage with prospects via phone calls, emails, and social media to generate interest.
- Organize and manage a pipeline of leads, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM.
- Collaborate with the sales team to hand off qualified leads and schedule meetings.
- Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to generate new sales opportunities.
- Monitor and report on key metrics and performance indicators.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and the competitive landscape.
- Provide feedback to improve marketing materials and sales processes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation techniques is essential.
- Strong Communication and Sales skills with the ability to connect with potential clients effectively.
- Understanding of Business Development strategies, market analysis, and client relationship management.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of thriving in a high-energy environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and effectively meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience or internship in sales or a related role is a plus.
