We are looking for a Sales Development Representative Intern (B2B) to support our staffing and talent solutions function. This role sits at the intersection of client engagement, sales, and talent positioning, and is ideal for candidates who want hands-on exposure to how revenue is generated in a consulting and staffing environment.
You will be involved in the end-to-end sales cycle—from identifying and reaching out to potential clients, to understanding their hiring needs, and working with the recruitment team to position the right candidates. You will also gain exposure to working across global markets (India, US, APAC) and develop an understanding of hiring demand across technology roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Support outbound efforts (email, LinkedIn, cold outreach) to generate leads and build a pipeline
- Identify and engage with potential clients to understand hiring requirements
- Work closely with the recruitment team to align candidate profiles with client needs
- Prepare and share candidate summaries tailored to specific roles
- Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth communication between clients and candidates
- Follow up with clients on feedback, next steps, and closure of open roles
- Maintain structured tracking of outreach, leads, and opportunity progress
What Success Looks Like (First 30 Days)
- Demonstrates consistency in outbound outreach and pipeline building
- Able to initiate and handle early-stage client conversations with guidance
- Builds a basic understanding of technology roles and hiring requirements
- Effectively collaborates with the recruitment team for candidate alignment
Qualifications
- MBA (or currently pursuing), preferably in Sales,
MarketingStron- g interest in B2B sales, consulting, or staffing
Required Skills
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Hindi speaking proficiency
- Good interpersonal and persuasion skills
- Proactive, ownership-driven mindset
Compensation
- Monthly stipend
