šÆ What Youāll Do (aka Your Mission)
- Call and engage US-based prospects (yes, real conversationsānot spam š)
- Book qualified meetings for the sales team (thatās the win)
- Follow simple call scripts, but sound human, confident, and sharp
- Update call notes and outcomes (because memory is not a CRM)
- Learn how real B2B sales worksāfrom outreach to closing
š§ Who Weāre Looking For
- š¤ Great communication skills (clear, confident English)
- š Comfortable working night shifts (US time zones)
- š„ High energy, positive attitude, and thick skin (sales builds character)
- š Not afraid of callsāactually enjoys talking to people
- š Freshers welcome (we care about mindset, not CVs)
š Bonus Points If You
- Have done cold calling / sales / internships before
- Watch podcasts or reels on sales, startups, or growth
- Can handle rejection like: āOkay, next call.ā
