About the Role
We are looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (Inbound & Outbound) to manage inbound leads and generate pipeline through outbound prospecting. The role involves qualifying buyers, understanding requirements, and booking relevant meetings for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to and qualify inbound leads from website, campaigns, and referrals
Prospect new customers through calls, email, LinkedIn, and follow-ups
Understand buyer needs, pain points, and purchase intent
Book qualified discovery calls and demos
Maintain CRM hygiene and track lead progress accurately
Work closely with sales, founders, and marketing to improve conversion and messaging
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in SDR, inside sales, business development, or lead generation
Experience in inbound or outbound sales, preferably both
Strong communication and qualification skills
Comfortable speaking with HR, payroll, finance, operations, and business stakeholders
Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce
Self-driven, target-oriented, and consistent with follow-ups
Good to Have
Experience in B2B SaaS, HR tech, payroll, recruitment, or compliance-related solutions
Familiarity with lead databases, sequencing tools, and outbound workflows
Startup or fast-growth company experience
