Role Overview
We’re looking for an SDR who understands outbound sales thoroughly and can consistently convert outreach into qualified opportunities. This role focuses on execution — high-volume prospecting, meaningful conversations, and building a strong and reliable sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Market Expansion
- Identify and generate new business opportunities across manufacturing, FMCG, automotive, heavy industries, electronics, and logistics sectors
- Build a strong pipeline by targeting relevant accounts and key decision-makers
Outbound Execution
- Drive outbound lead generation through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Own the first conversation by building interest, handling objections, and creating momentum
Lead Qualification
- Qualify leads with a strong understanding of business needs, use cases, and solution fitment
- Ensure only high-quality opportunities are passed to the sales team
Pipeline & CRM Management
- Maintain accurate and updated records in CRM systems
- Track outreach activities, follow-ups, and conversion metrics consistently
Collaboration & Improvement
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and targeting strategies
- Continuously improve outreach strategies based on performance and results
