About 9WAVE
9WAVE builds revenue systems for B2B companies. Our work connects pipeline generation, sales and revenue operations, customer success, and automation — from the first conversation with a potential customer to a stronger, more consistent commercial process. We work with high-tech businesses whose products and markets take time to understand. That makes this role interesting: you’ll get to learn how different companies solve real problems, then help them meet the people who may benefit from those solutions.
The role
We’re looking for an SDR who genuinely enjoys talking with people. Your main goal is to arrange relevant meetings for our clients with potential buyers and partners. Outbound calls are a central part of the job, supported by email, LinkedIn, and thoughtful follow-up.A good first conversation does more than deliver a pitch. You’ll ask questions, listen for what matters, help someone put a need into words, and judge whether a conversation with our client would be useful. When it is, you’ll agree on a meeting and pass along the context the client needs to make it worthwhile.
- What you’ll doLearn each client’s product, target companies, and the reason a particular person might want to speak with them.
- Start conversations through outbound calls, email, and LinkedIn.
- Ask useful questions, explore priorities, and handle early objections with confidence and respect.
- Follow up consistently without losing track of the person or the conversation.
- Schedule meetings with the right people and give client teams a clear handover.
- Keep CRM records accurate and share what you’re hearing in the market so we can improve our approach.
You’ll be a good fit if
- Fluent speaking english is a must
- You like meeting new people and helping them work through problems.
- You’re curious enough to ask another question before jumping to a pitch.
- You can make a high volume of calls, stay composed when conversations are difficult, and start the next one with fresh energy.
- You know how to uncover or clarify a potential need without forcing a conversation where there isn’t one.
- You communicate clearly in spoken and written English.
- You take ownership of follow-ups and can keep several conversations moving at once.
Experience in B2B outbound, inside sales, or appointment setting is useful. Experience with high-tech products or international markets is a plus. We care much more about how you communicate, think, and work than about your degree or previous job title.
What you can expect
A fully remote role, exposure to a variety of high-tech B2B businesses, and work where the outcome is tangible: conversations that lead to relevant meetings and useful market insight. To apply, send us your CV or LinkedIn profile and a short note about your experience with outbound calls. We’d especially like to hear how you approach a prospect who doesn’t immediately see a reason to talk.
