Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a strong understanding of SaaS and communication solutions. This role is pivotal in generating new business opportunities and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through research, networking, and outreach.
- Outbound Prospecting: Conduct cold calls, emails, and social media outreach to engage prospective clients.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of leads and opportunities in our CRM system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on lead status and sales activities to management.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales or lead generation, preferably in the Tech/SaaS/Communication sector.
Skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
