Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Sales Development Representative B2B. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential business clients, conducting outbound outreach, and scheduling product demos or meetings. They will collaborate with sales and marketing teams, manage customer pipelines, and track progress to meet lead generation and conversion goals. This role requires engaging communication, understanding clients' needs, and driving client acquisition.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Lead Generation, Prospecting, and Outbound Sales Outreach
- Strong Communication, Active Listening, and Negotiation skills
- Experience with CRM Software and Sales Tools for tracking customer pipelines
- Ability to develop and maintain client relationships, with a customer-focused mindset
- Analytical skills for monitoring metrics and optimizing sales strategies
- Knowledge of B2B sales processes and trends is highly beneficial
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Prior experience in technology, SaaS recruitment, or networking industries is a plus
