We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive who is passionate about leveraging modern sales technologies, AI-powered prospecting tools, and multichannel outreach strategies to drive business growth. Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multichannel outbound prospecting campaigns using SDR and AI-powered sales tools
- Identify and engage enterprise-level decision-makers through strategic account targeting and research
- Build highly targeted lead databases using intent signals, market intelligence, and advanced prospecting techniques
- Conduct discovery and qualification calls using AI-generated insights and prospect intelligence
- Generate and schedule qualified meetings for the sales team to accelerate pipeline growth
- Design and manage personalized LinkedIn outreach campaigns to increase engagement and response rates
- Create, optimize, and monitor automated email sequences tailored to target audiences
- Ensure seamless coordination between automated outreach activities and human follow-up processes
- Track campaign performance metrics and continuously optimize outreach strategies for better results
- Maintain accurate records of prospects, interactions, and sales activities within CRM systems
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align outreach efforts with business objectives
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging sales technologies
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Proven experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or Sales Development roles
- Strong understanding of outbound prospecting, pipeline generation, and client relationship building
- Experience using sales automation, CRM platforms, and AI-driven prospecting tools
- Ability to identify, engage, and qualify high-value prospects through strategic outreach
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize performance
- Experience managing LinkedIn outreach, email marketing campaigns, and multichannel engagement strategies
- Comfortable working with enterprise clients and senior decision-makers
- Highly organized with strong time management and follow-up capabilities
