Role Description
We are seeking a full-time remote Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will focus on generating and qualifying leads, building relationships with prospective clients, and supporting the sales team to drive revenue growth. Your responsibilities will include outbound prospecting, identifying business opportunities, communicating effectively with potential customers, and scheduling meetings to introduce our solutions. You will play a key role in expanding our client base and contributing to the continued success of VSG-365.ai.
Qualifications
- Experience with Inside Sales and Lead Generation, including identifying prospects and initiating communication.
- Strong Communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and build rapport with clients.
- Background in Sales and Business Development with a focus on driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales outreach platforms is a plus.
- Understanding of AI or workforce analytics products is beneficial, though not required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, but equivalent experience is also valued.
