About the Role:
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive lead generation and business outreach for our AI-powered solutions. This role will be critical in managing inbound leads, conducting targeted research, and engaging with potential customers to expand our business.
Responsibilities:
- Own end to end lead generation cycle for all digital first, e-commerce and B2B SaaS in the country through outbound sales approach.
- Should use best communication channels but not limited to phone, email to generate quality SQLs for the sales team.
- Constantly build, maintain and forecast a healthy sales pipeline to achieve quarterly/monthly and yearly business goals.
- Achieve sales targets consistently and thrive hard to challenge the competition landscape in the industry.
- Should have the ability to negotiate with clients and handle objections with ease over a call and other multiple communication channels.
- Highly self-motivated and constantly working on delivering positive results to the company.
- Should be highly persuasive and follow-up with clients in a timely manner.
- Build a deep level understanding for financial products market demands and trends in the Indian fin-tech industry.
- Understand and work towards teams/organizations objectives at all times.
Minimum requirements
- Must have 1 - 5 years of lead generation/sales/pre-sales experience in SaaS or in a B2B or AI setup. (Fin-tech industry preferred)
- Strong communication, oral & written skills.
- Highly self motivated and result oriented personality.
- Hardworking with a strong work ethic.
