Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Development Representative, located in Pune. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for researching potential leads, identifying opportunities, reaching out to prospects, and qualifying them for the sales team. Key tasks include managing lead generation efforts, nurturing prospects, collaborating with the sales and marketing teams, and effectively communicating the value proposition of our services to target clients within the US and Canada markets.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation strategies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in Sales and Business Development
- Ability to work in a results-driven, performance-based environment
- Familiarity with B2B tools, CRM systems, and sales automation software
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Prior B2B marketing/sales experience is a plus
- Must have a personal laptop and reliable internet connection
