Role - SDR (Sales Development Representative ) - Outbound Marketing
Shift Timings: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST (Nigh Shift)
Location - Ahmedabad ( Preferred candidates from In and around Ahmedabad)
Male Candidate Preferred
Need Immediate Joiners or Max 30 days Notice Period.
Educational Qualifications:
Preferably an MBA in Marketing or IT
Additional certifications in Digital Marketing, CRM tools / platforms are highly desirable
Our Requirement
2-4 years in SDR / BDR (Outbound Sales)
Experience with digital Marketing Agencies, More on International Clients.
Good understanding of digital marketing, web services, or how agencies operate
Comfortable using LinkedIn and modern outreach tools
A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work with goals while staying relationship-focused
Special Skill Sets Required:
Proven experience in outbound lead generation, bench sales, or working with outsourcing/digital marketing agencies, know about CRM.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in:
LinkedIn outreach
Email drafting (personalized, targeted communication)
Cold calling
Ai experience or adaptability to learn Ai for Outbound
Knowledge of the digital marketing industry, market trends, and client behavior
Highly process-driven with reporting habits (daily, weekly, monthly)
Self-motivated, confident, and enthusiastic
What You’ll Be Doing
Generate 8–10 qualified leads (booked meetings) per month
Conduct personalized outreach via 30–40 emails/LinkedIn messages daily
Make 30–40 cold/warm calls per day to qualify prospects
Identify and reach out to key decision-makers and influencers
Develop and maintain an email template library
Submit structured daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports
