We’re hiring an SDR at UNGENDER
And no, this is not the kind of SDR role where you are selling a random SaaS tool over cold emails.
You will be speaking to companies about workplace safety, governance, compliance gaps, employee trust, and whether they have actually implemented what the law mandates.
You will enter conversations where:
— organizations have policies but no functioning systems
— Internal Committees exist only on paper
— leaders know there are gaps but do not know where to begin
— HR teams are overwhelmed
— compliance becomes important only after a crisis
Your role will not just be to “pitch.”
Your role will be to:
— initiate difficult but important conversations
— help organizations understand their risks and responsibilities
— identify gaps in workplace governance structures
— build trust with HR, Legal, Compliance, and leadership teams
— create pathways for deeper advisory and platform conversations with the Ungender team
This role needs someone who:
— can communicate with maturity and professionalism
— understands persistence without aggression
— is curious enough to understand organizational realities
— can hold serious conversations with credibility
— is comfortable with outreach, follow-ups, and relationship-building
