ROLE OVERVIEW
Outbound sales is evolving—and we’re looking for SDRs who want to stay ahead of the curve.
This is not a traditional SDR role.
At Townhall, you’ll operate at the intersection of AI + outbound + enterprise sales, using modern tools and workflows to build high-quality pipeline across the India/APAC market.
You’ll work closely with Account Executives and leadership to identify, engage, and convert high-value prospects in the events and marketing ecosystem.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
AI-ENABLED PROSPECTING & OUTBOUND
- Run multi-channel outbound campaigns across calls, email, and LinkedIn
- Use AI tools to research accounts, personalize messaging, and improve conversion rates
- Identify and target enterprise event teams, marketers, and decision-makers
PIPELINE CREATION & QUALIFICATION
- Build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Understand prospect pain points and map them to Townhall’s platform
- Book high-quality discovery calls and demos for Account Executives
MESSAGING & EXPERIMENTATION
- Continuously test and refine outbound messaging, sequences, and targeting
- Collaborate with sales leadership to improve conversion across funnel stages
- Bring insights from conversations back into GTM strategy
TOOLS & WORKFLOW EXCELLENCE
- Work with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and AI platforms
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and reporting
- Build scalable outbound workflows—not just manual execution
MARKET INTELLIGENCE
- Stay updated on trends in event-tech, marketing, and enterprise events
- Provide feedback to product and sales teams from real customer conversations
WHO YOU ARE
- 1–3 years of experience in Outbound SDR / Business Development / Inside Sales
- Proven track record of pipeline generation and meeting targets
- Strong communication skills across calls, email, and LinkedIn
- Experience selling into India/APAC markets (SaaS / Martech preferred)
- Solid understanding of the sales and marketing funnel
