Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Hyderabad for a Sales Development Representative. The role involves identifying and generating qualified sales leads, initiating outreach to prospective clients, and conducting effective communication to present services and solutions. The individual will collaborate closely with sales and business development teams, maintain records of client interactions, and nurture relationships with potential customers to drive sales opportunities. The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet or exceed targets consistently.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation techniques
- Strong Communication skills to engage prospects and convey value effectively
- Experience in Sales and Business Development with a customer-focused approach
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Knowledge of CRM tools and B2B marketing practices is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
