Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Development Representative located in Mumbai. The Sales Development Representative will identify and generate leads via research and outreach, qualify potential clients, and schedule business meetings for the sales team. They will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to understand target audiences and sales strategies while maintaining accurate records in customer relationship management (CRM) tools. Building and nurturing relationships with potential clients and partners will be central to the role.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Lead Generation, Prospect Research, and Client Outreach
- Experience in CRM management and Data Organization
- Strong communication, Presentation, and Negotiation skills
- Prior experience in the insurance, SaaS, or tech industry is an advantage
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in using sales and marketing tools
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
