Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Pune Division for a Sales Relationship Manager. Responsibilities include building and managing client relationships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, executing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. The role requires maintaining effective communication with clients, resolving their queries, and assisting them throughout the sales process to ensure a seamless customer experience. Additionally, the Sales Relationship Manager will collaborate with internal teams to meet business goals and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Business Relationship Management and Communication skills
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, including planning and executing sales strategies
- Knowledge and experience in Finance, especially as it applies to real estate transactions
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
- Goal-oriented attitude with a focus on driving results and exceeding sales targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
- Prior experience in real estate or similar industries is an advantage
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- 5 days working , 10am to 7pm, Monday Tuesday fixed off
- Quarterly appraisal and growth plan
- Fixed Salary : CTC 3lpa to 5lpa + Uncapped Incentives
