Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team in Surat. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is interested in outbound sales and wants to build a strong foundation in SaaS or tech sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential customers through various channels (LinkedIn, databases, cold outreach)
- Execute outbound sales activities including cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria and schedule meetings for the sales team
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and activity details
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve outreach strategies
- Track and achieve daily/weekly outreach and meeting targets
- Understand product offerings and effectively communicate value propositions to prospects
Must-Have Skills
- Strong interest or experience in outbound sales
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle cold calls and rejections confidently
- Basic understanding of sales processes and lead qualification
- Self-driven with a result-oriented mindset
Good to Have
- Exposure to SaaS, IT products, or developer tools
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)
- Understanding of basic technical concepts (due to CS/IT background)
