About Solinify
Solinify is building AI-powered growth systems for modern businesses — including AI sales operators, WhatsApp automation, lead qualification systems, CRM workflows, and revenue acceleration tools for companies across GCC, India, and global markets.
We are looking for a hungry, smart, and execution-focused Outbound Sales Rep / SDR who understands modern B2B prospecting and wants to grow fast in SaaS sales.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for generating qualified meetings and pipeline through outbound channels such as:
- Cold Email Outreach
- Cold Calling
- LinkedIn Prospecting
- WhatsApp Outreach
- Account-Based Prospecting
- Multi-touch outbound campaigns
You should know how to use modern B2B sales tools and understand how SaaS buyers think.
Key ResponsibilitiesOutbound Prospecting
- Build prospect lists using tools like Apollo.io, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
- Identify ideal customer profiles (ICPs)
- Run personalized cold email campaigns
- Follow-up sequences across channels
- Cold call decision makers
Lead Qualification
- Understand pain points of prospects
- Qualify leads based on budget, authority, need, timing
- Book demos for founders / closers
- Maintain CRM hygiene
Revenue Operations
- Track reply rates, meeting rates, pipeline metrics
- Improve messaging based on data
- Test new outbound angles and offers
RequirementsMust Have
- 1+ year experience in outbound sales / SDR / BDR / lead generation
- Strong cold email knowledge
- Comfortable with cold calling
- Hands-on with Apollo.io or similar tools
- Knowledge of Clay or data enrichment workflows
- Good spoken English
- Confident communicator
Good to Have
- Experience selling SaaS / Tech services
- Understanding of CRMs like HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive
- Experience selling to UAE / GCC / International markets
- Startup mindset
Compensation
- Fixed Salary: ₹2.5 LPA
