We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) with strong experience in B2C sales to drive enrolments for our certification programs. The ideal candidate should have prior experience selling professional certification programs.
The role will focus on engaging with prospective learners, conducting consultative sales conversations, and converting leads into enrolments.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with inbound and outbound leads through cold calling, WhatsApp, email, and virtual meetings.
- Understand learner requirements and recommend the most suitable certification program.
- Conduct course counselling sessions and product demonstrations.
- Convert qualified leads into paid enrolments.
- Follow up with leads generated through calls, WhatsApp, email and marketing activities, etc.
- Maintain accurate records of lead interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly revenue and enrolment targets.
- Build strong relationships with prospects and guide them throughout the enrolment journey.

Candidates with experience selling professional certifications
Required Skills
- Strong B2C sales experience in EdTech or certification programs
- Excellent communication and counseling skills
- Ability to handle high lead volumes and follow-ups
- Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
