🎯 Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive the top of our treasury pipeline.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify companies with FX exposure (importers/exporters)
- Connect with CFOs, finance heads, and treasury teams
- Initiate conversations around FX costs, hedging, and inefficiencies
- Qualify opportunities for treasury consulting and platform adoption
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive conversions
✅ Who Should Apply
- 0–3 years experience in sales / finance / business development
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Interest in FX markets, treasury, and global trade
- Self-driven, disciplined, and target-oriented
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
💰 Compensation
- Fixed Salary: ₹6,00,000 per annum
- Incentives: Uncapped (performance-based)
