Role: Sales Development Representative
You will identify potential business clients, introduce them to Shrivix's services, and work with our team to close deals. Full flexibility on hours and location.
Responsibilities:
• Generate and qualify leads via LinkedIn, cold outreach, and referrals
• Pitch Shrivix services to startup founders, SMB owners, and decision-makers
• Coordinate with the delivery team post-deal
• Maintain basic records of leads and follow-up status
Requirements:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently
• Understanding of AI or IT services is a plus
• Prior B2B sales experience preferred, not mandatory
Compensation:
25–30% commission on every project closed. No cap on earnings.
Average project value: ₹50,000 – ₹10,00,000+
