🚀 We’re hiring: Sales Development Representative (SDR)
If you enjoy starting conversations, understanding customer problems, and turning that into real business opportunities — this role is for you.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll directly contribute to pipeline and revenue, while learning what great sales actually looks like.
What you’ll be doing:
• Identify and research potential customers across LinkedIn, email, and relevant tools
• Run outbound campaigns (email, calls, social) to generate interest and start conversations
• Qualify leads by understanding their needs, challenges, and intent
• Clearly communicate how our product adds value — in a way that resonates
• Personalize outreach to stand out in a crowded inbox
• Build and nurture early-stage relationships with prospects
• Collaborate closely with the sales team for smooth handover of qualified leads
• Maintain clean and structured CRM data
What we’re looking for:
• 1–2 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales
• Strong communication skills — clear, concise, and thoughtful
• Curious, coachable, and willing to learn fast
• Good listening skills and the ability to ask the right questions
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
