About Shemon Software
Shemon Software Solutions builds customized softwares for niche industries (ERP / workflow automation / web & mobile products). We’re looking for an SDR who can own lead generation end-to-end, right from building the database to booking qualified meetings.
What you'll do (Responsibilities)
- Build target databases for niche industries (companies, decision makers, emails/phones) using tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, websites, directories, Google, etc.
- Run outbound outreach across channels: LinkedIn, email, calls, WhatsApp (as applicable).
- Qualify leads (BANT - budget, need, authority, timeline) and book meetings for the founder.
- Handle inbound leads: respond fast, qualify, nurture, and move them to the meeting stage.
- Create messaging & communication assets: sequences, LinkedIn scripts, email templates, follow-up cadences.
- Maintain CRM hygiene: update lead status, notes, follow-up reminders, pipeline stages.
- Track daily/weekly metrics: outreach volume, reply rate, meetings booked, conversion rates, lead quality.
- Research accounts and personalize outreach based on industry pain points and triggers.
Good to have skills
- Experience doing SDR/BDR work for IT services / SaaS / agency-style selling
- Strong skills in research + targeting + outreach execution
- Comfort with cold calling + follow-ups
- Good written communication
- Ability to work independently and hit weekly targets
- Experience selling to healthcare / manufacturing / recruitment / other niche industries
- Familiarity with Apollo / CRM / Sales Navigator
- Basic understanding of custom software, ERP, mobile/web development and how services are scoped
- Experience building outbound systems from scratch
