THE OPPORTUNITY
This role is designed for experienced Sales Development Representatives who understand that inbound leads are not just volume—they are high-intent opportunities that demand speed, precision, and ownership.
If you’ve consistently ensured that no lead goes cold under your watch and have a track record of advancing prospects significantly through the funnel before handoff, this role is for you.
At Sapaad, you won’t be doing routine telecalling. You’ll be engaging with serious business owners and decision-makers—restaurant entrepreneurs who are actively exploring solutions to grow their business.
Your role is to capture intent, build momentum, and elevate every interaction—so that by the time a lead is passed on, it is already well-qualified, engaged, and primed for conversion.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Take full ownership of inbound lead management, ensuring rapid response times and zero lead leakage
- Engage with restaurant owners and decision-makers via calls, emails, and digital channels
- Qualify leads with depth—understanding business needs, urgency, and decision criteria
- Build strong early-stage relationships and progress leads meaningfully through the funnel
- Maintain a highly organized and active pipeline with consistent follow-ups
- Schedule and coordinate high-quality product demos for Business Development Managers
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of sales-ready opportunities
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIRED
Non-negotiables:
- Proven track record in inbound sales or SDR roles with measurable outcomes
- Ability to manage high-volume inbound pipelines without compromising quality
- Strong ownership mindset — you treat every lead as a potential win
- Excellent English communication skills with clarity and confidence
- High responsiveness and urgency in engaging prospects
What we’re looking for:
- 2–5 years of experience in SDR/BDR or inbound sales roles
- Demonstrated ability to move leads significantly through the funnel (not just qualify and pass)
- Strong conversational skills across phone, email, and virtual platforms
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-through — no missed opportunities
- Self-driven, proactive, and performance-oriented
Nice to have:
- Experience in SaaS or technology sales environments
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and pipeline management
- Exposure to fast-paced, target-driven sales teams
- Proficiency in Hindi or other regional languages (advantage for engaging local markets)
