Business Development SDR – Redeployment & Account Growth

About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development SDR to drive redeployment, account expansion, and client retention initiatives across our existing and past client portfolio.
This is not a traditional SDR role focused solely on new logo acquisition. The role requires a consultative and relationship-driven approach to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts, revive dormant relationships, and maximize talent utilization.
You will work closely with Account Management and Delivery teams to ensure accounts remain active, consultants stay deployed, and business opportunities continue to grow.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and engage existing, inactive, and at-risk accounts to drive retention and business continuity
• Create redeployment opportunities for consultants across client projects and engagements
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and uncover new hiring requirements
• Drive account expansion through strategic outreach and stakeholder mapping
• Own and manage a pipeline focused on account growth, redeployment, and revenue retention
• Execute personalized outreach campaigns through calls, emails, and LinkedIn
• Collaborate with Account Management and Delivery teams to ensure seamless consultant transitions
• Track and improve key metrics including utilization, redeployment rates, account revival, and revenue retention
• Share market insights and client feedback to strengthen business development efforts
What We're Looking For
• 3–6 years of experience in Business Development, SDR, Account Management, Client Success, or related roles
• Prior experience in IT Services, Staffing, Recruitment Consulting, Talent Solutions, or Workforce Management
• Strong understanding of client lifecycle management, account growth, retention, and stakeholder engagement
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to manage pipeline and performance metrics
• Experience using outreach and CRM platforms such as Apollo, Clay, Instantly, Lemlist, HubSpot, or Salesforce
