Role Overview:-
We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to be the first point of contact for future QPe merchants, who will own the journey from first conversation to closed deal.
This is a full-cycle sales role with clear ownership, revenue responsibility, and targets.
You will:
- Identify high-potential e-commerce and D2C brands
- Qualify real business problems
- Build trust with founders
- Drive the sales process
- Close deals
- Own revenue outcomes
Your job is not volume. Your job is quality conversations and qualified opportunities. This role includes clear sales targets, performance metrics, and growth-linked incentives.
Responsibilities :-
- Prospect and identify D2C brands, e-commerce founders, and high-intent leads
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting → qualification → demo → follow-ups → closing
- Engage leads via LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, calls, and outbound tools
- Understand merchant pain points: tech costs, conversions, RTO, scale challenges, infra needs
- Position QPe as a long-term growth platform, not just a software tool
- Convert qualified prospects into paying customers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain clean CRM data and strong pipeline hygiene
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams
- Continuously improve outreach strategy, pitch quality, and conversion processes

- Strong communication and business understanding
- Ability to hold intelligent conversations with founders

Experience:
- 2-3 years in sales, SDR, business development, or growth roles
- Experience in SaaS, e-commerce, D2C, or B2B sales is a plus
