We run a fully managed outbound revenue system, replacing SDR teams, cold outreach infrastructure, and paid ads. We don’t just deliver leads—we deliver sales-ready conversations with decision-makers aligned to ICP.
Role Description
We’re hiring an experienced SDR to build and run outbound systems that generate qualified sales conversations. This is not a basic prospecting role; we want someone who understands end-to-end outbound execution in real environments.
Qualifications
- 2+ years SDR/BDR or outbound sales experience
- Proven success in lead generation and target achievement
- Strong B2B experience (mandatory)
- Inside sales proficiency
- Bachelor’s in Business/Marketing preferred
- Self-driven and comfortable in fast-paced environments
What You Will Do
- Run outbound campaigns (email + LinkedIn + cold calls)
- Identify and target ICPs
- Lead sourcing, enrichment, and segmentation
- Write outreach that drives replies and meetings
- Maintain pipeline quality and meeting standards
- Improve conversion across outreach → call → show rate
- Optimize outbound systems using performance data
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with Apollo / ZoomInfo / Sales Nav
- CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.)
- Cold email, LinkedIn outreach, and calling experience
- Strong ICP targeting and qualification skills
- Proven ability to book meetings with decision-makers
- Understanding of deliverability, sequencing, personalization
- Ability to analyze and improve outbound performance
Bonus
- AI automation / SaaS / agency outbound experience
- High-ticket ($2K–$50K+) sales exposure
- Experience improving reply/show/SQL rates
- Commission-heavy environment experience
