Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Development Representative at Persivia Inc. The person in this role will identify and qualify prospective customers through outbound calls, emails, and social outreach, and respond to inbound inquiries to build a strong sales pipeline. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching target accounts, engaging decision-makers, scheduling discovery meetings for the sales team, and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. The Sales Development Representative will collaborate closely with marketing and sales to support campaigns, nurture leads, and communicate Persivia’s value proposition in the healthcare technology and value-based care space. This role also involves meeting activity and conversion goals, providing feedback from prospects, and contributing to continuous improvement of messaging and outreach strategies.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Inside Sales and Sales to drive outreach, qualification, and pipeline development.
- Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation and Business Development to identify opportunities and initiate new customer relationships.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to engage prospects, clearly explain solutions, and collaborate with internal teams.
- Relevant experience in B2B technology or healthcare solutions sales is beneficial.
- Comfort working with CRM systems, sales engagement tools, and basic data analysis is preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet defined targets is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is advantageous.
