Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Sales Development Representative for our on-site location in Mansrovar. The role involves identifying and qualifying potential sales opportunities, initiating conversations with leads, and effectively communicating the value of PERICENT®'s solutions. You will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies, schedule appointments, and meet sales targets. The role requires maintaining accurate prospect data, providing reports, and ensuring a pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in lead generation, prospecting, and building client relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience with CRM tools and proficiency in using technology to manage leads and track performance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and address client needs effectively
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales goals consistently
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer engagement is preferred
- Familiarity with document management and business process management solutions is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is highly desirable
