Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative for a full-time, on-site role based in India. The Sales Development Representative will focus on identifying and generating sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social media engagement. Key responsibilities include building a pipeline of qualified leads, researching and understanding prospects' business needs, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns. The role also involves scheduling product demos and supporting the sales process to achieve revenue goals.


Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with potential clients and establish trust.
  • Experience in prospecting, cold calling, and email outreach to generate leads.
  • Understanding of sales processes and the ability to handle objections effectively.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales tools to track prospects and manage sales pipelines.
  • Basic knowledge of enterprise software solutions; familiarity with IT security or endpoint management is a plus.
  • Proactive attitude, self-motivation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in enterprise solution sales or technology sales will be an added advantage.
