Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers, helping drive pipeline growth for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential leads within the landscaping and outdoor services industry in the US
- Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria
- Schedule product demos and meetings for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in CRM tools
- Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation strategies
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified leads and meetings booked
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with cold outreach and handling objections
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Basic understanding of SaaS or tech products is a plus
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with US-based clients or markets
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and email automation tools
- Background in B2B sales or digital marketing
