We are looking for a proactive and high-energy Sales Development Representative (SDR) who can drive outbound outreach, generate qualified opportunities, and help expand our institutional sales pipeline across the US K–12 market.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys relationship-building, strategic prospecting, and outbound sales in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive outbound outreach to school districts, administrators, educators, and institutional decision-makers through email, LinkedIn, calls, and strategic follow-ups.
- Research target districts, schools, funding opportunities, and key stakeholders across the US K–12 ecosystem to identify potential partnership opportunities.
- Generate and qualify leads through consistent prospecting, personalized outreach, and relationship-building efforts while maintaining a strong outreach cadence.
- Schedule discovery calls, demos, and partnership conversations for the sales team while ensuring smooth pipeline progression and stakeholder engagement.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, outreach activity, pipeline visibility, and lead tracking to support sales reporting and forecasting.
- Collaborate closely with leadership on outreach strategies, messaging optimization, campaign initiatives, and lead generation processes to improve conversion rates and pipeline quality.
- Consistently work toward outreach, lead qualification, and appointment-setting targets in a performance-driven environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in outbound sales, SDR, BDR, lead generation, or business development roles, preferably within SaaS, B2B, or EdTech environments.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and prospecting skills with confidence in cold outreach, follow-ups, and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to research accounts strategically, identify decision-makers, and personalize outreach effectively.
- Highly organized, process-driven, and capable of independently managing outreach pipelines and priorities in a remote work environment.
- Experience with CRM platforms, sales engagement tools, and outbound workflows is preferred.
- Exposure to the US market, K–12 education, school districts, or EdTech sales is a strong plus.
- Candidates with experience in education partnerships, institutional outreach, or consultative sales environments may be particularly well-suited for this role.
