Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative – Cold Calling Specialist who is experienced in outbound calling and scheduling meetings with business decision-makers. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience engaging with international prospects, handling high call volumes, and consistently generating qualified meetings through cold outreach.
This role requires someone who is confident in communicating with senior stakeholders, comfortable working across multiple international time zones, and capable of taking full ownership of their outreach performance and results.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to senior business stakeholders and decision-makers across multiple international time zones
- Work during 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST (Monday–Friday) to align with target market availability
- Perform 100+ outbound calls daily to prospective clients as part of structured outreach campaigns
- Execute consistent follow-ups and multiple redial attempts to improve prospect connection rates
- Identify potential opportunities and schedule qualified meetings through effective cold outreach conversations
- Maintain accurate and transparent daily reporting of outreach activities, call outcomes, and scheduled meetings
- Take full ownership of outreach performance, ensuring consistent effort and measurable results
- Continuously test and refine outreach approaches to improve engagement and conversion rates
- Provide insights and feedback on messaging, scripts, and outreach strategies to support ongoing improvement
- Establish professional communication and rapport with company stakeholders and decision-makers
- Participate in occasional Saturday strategy or planning sessions when required to prepare outreach plans for the upcoming week
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 1 year of cold calling experience (internship experience is also accepted)
- Experience calling international prospects and business decision-makers
- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to work independently with strong ownership and accountability
- Comfortable handling high call volumes and structured outreach processes
- Understanding of Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and targeted outreach strategies
- Ability to learn quickly and continuously improve outreach performance
Preferred Experience
- Experience working in an agency environment
- Experience working with startup teams or fast-paced organizations
- Understanding of lead list building based on Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP)
- Experience in B2B outreach and professional sales conversations
