Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru for a Sales Development Representative. In this role, you will research and identify potential clients, generate and qualify leads, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to execute outreach strategies. You will be responsible for conducting cold calls, managing inbound and outbound communication, and maintaining relationships with prospects to drive sales opportunities. Additionally, you will work to understand customer needs and effectively position NeonTrumpet's solutions to match their goals.
Qualifications
- Inside Sales and Lead Generation experience, with a proven ability to identify, qualify, and engage potential clients
- Strong Communication and Sales skills, including the ability to listen actively, present persuasively, and handle objections with confidence
- Experience in Business Development, including prospecting, nurturing client relationships, and identifying opportunities for business growth
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and contribute to the company’s go-to-market success
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
- Passion for technology and software, particularly in the B2B SaaS industry
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation platforms is an advantage
