We are Hiring | Sales Development Representative — India (Remote)
Nanak Accountants & Associates is a well-established Australian accounting firm with a strong client base across Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and beyond. We provide tax, BAS, SMSF, bookkeeping, company setup and advisory services to thousands of individuals and businesses across Australia.
As we grow our India-based sales team, we are looking for a driven and professional Sales Development Representative to join us on a full-time, remote basis.
About the Role
You will be responsible for reaching out to Australian business owners and individuals, qualifying their accounting needs and booking appointments for our senior team. This is a ground-floor opportunity with a clear path to Senior SDR and Sales Team Lead within 12 months.
What We Are Looking For
— Minimum 2 years of outbound sales or international calling experience
— Fluent spoken English with strong communication skills
— Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding targets
— Resilient, self-motivated and comfortable with rejection
— Honest, dedicated and professional in all interactions
Compensation
— Base salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience)
— Performance incentives on every appointment booked and client converted
— Monthly and quarterly bonuses for target achievement
— OTE: ₹38,000 – ₹50,000 per month
— Top performers earn ₹55,000+
Work hours align with Australian business hours (early morning IST shift).
