Role Description
We are seeking a Sales Development Representative for a full-time remote role focused on B2B SaaS clients expanding into international markets, including the United States, United Kingdom, and Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities, generating high-quality leads, and initiating meaningful conversations with senior decision-makers across global SaaS organizations.
Responsibilities include conducting in-depth prospect research, executing outbound outreach through cold calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn engagement, and partnering with the sales and business development teams to design and refine outreach strategies. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of all client interactions in CRM systems, tracking pipeline metrics, and consistently meeting meeting-booked targets. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role suited for a proactive, results-oriented professional looking to build a long-term career in international B2B SaaS sales.
Responsibilities.
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, to engage senior stakeholders such as VPs of Sales, Heads of Marketing, RevOps leaders, and founders at B2B SaaS companies in the US, UK, and EU
- Research target accounts thoroughly to understand their business priorities, GTM strategies, recent funding events, and buying triggers prior to outreach
- Develop and execute personalized multi-channel outreach campaigns across phone, email, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads against established criteria and schedule meetings for Account Executives and client-side leadership
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all prospect interactions, activities, and pipeline progress within CRM and sales engagement platforms
- Collaborate closely with internal sales, marketing, and operations teams to refine messaging, target lists, and campaign strategies
- Leverage modern AI and sales-tech tools (such as Apollo, Clay, ChatGPT/Claude, and workflow automation platforms) to improve research depth, message quality, and overall productivity
- Continuously improve through call reviews, feedback sessions, and self-driven learning
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of proven experience in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, Business Development, or Sales Development, preferably within B2B SaaS or technology environments
- Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting and cold calling to international markets (US, UK, or EU strongly preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a clear, confident, and neutral English accent suited for international audiences
- Excellent interpersonal effectiveness and the ability to build rapport quickly with senior stakeholders
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and modern sales engagement tools, with a solid understanding of pipeline and activity metrics
- Self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to work independently and meet goals in a remote work environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset
- Comfort and curiosity around AI-driven sales workflows and a willingness to adopt new tools rapidly
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
- Previous experience selling into B2B SaaS, technology, or international markets is highly advantageous
- Full-time, fully remote role
- Working hours: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST (North American Shift)
