About the RoleWeโre looking for a high-execution SDR to drive outbound pipeline through cold outreach and consistent follow-ups.
This is a pure execution role. Your job is to generate qualified meetings.
Key ResponsibilitiesOutbound Execution- Run daily outbound across email, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Follow structured sequences and consistently hit activity targets
- Maintain high-quality outreach with personalization
Lead Generation & Prospecting- Build and manage lead lists based on defined ICPs
- Research prospects and identify relevant use cases
- Keep data clean and organized
Campaign Execution- Execute cold email campaigns and follow-ups
- Run LinkedIn outreach (connect โ message โ nurture)
- Support multi-channel outreach efforts
Pipeline Contribution- Qualify leads based on basic criteria
- Book meetings for founders/sales team
- Ensure smooth handoff of context and information
Performance Tracking- Track outreach activity and results
- Monitor reply rates, meetings booked, and conversions
- Continuously improve messaging based on feedback
Requirements- 2+ years in sales / business development / SDR roles
- Strong communication skills (clear, concise, direct)
- Comfortable with cold outreach (email + LinkedIn)
- Basic understanding of SaaS / AI is a plus
- Highly consistent and disciplined in daily execution
