We’re looking for a high-agency Sales Development Representative (SDR) to fuel our next phase of growth by owning the top-of-funnel engine.

What You’ll Own
- Pipeline Creation: Identify, research, and engage high-potential prospects across industries
- Outbound Engine: Execute structured outreach across LinkedIn, email, and calls
- Inbound Conversion: Qualify and convert inbound interest into high-quality opportunities
- Qualification Rigor: Apply frameworks like BANT / MEDDIC to assess deal quality
- Meeting Excellence: Set up high-context, high-intent meetings for the sales team
- CRM Discipline: Maintain clean, structured data across all touchpoints
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing to refine messaging and targeting
- Execution at Scale: Consistently hit and exceed activity + pipeline targets
What We’re Looking For
- 0–2 years in sales, business development, or lead generation
- Exposure to SaaS / AI / tech-led environments is a strong plus
- Strong communication skills—clear, confident, and persuasive
- High resilience—you can handle rejection and keep momentum
- Structured thinker with strong time and pipeline management
- Self-starter mindset with ownership and accountability
