About Linemate
Linemate is a WhatsApp-based frontline operations platform helping multi-location retail and F&B brands streamline daily operations, audits, SOP compliance, issue resolution, communication, and frontline training.
We work with growing brands across retail and F&B and are rapidly expanding globally.
We are now hiring 2 SDRs to help us scale outbound lead generation and consistently fill our sales pipeline with qualified meetings.
Role Overview
As an SDR at Linemate, your primary responsibility will be generating qualified introductory meetings through outbound prospecting and cold calling.
Your goal is simple: create opportunities for the sales team by starting conversations and booking meetings.
This is a high-performance outbound sales role ideal for someone energetic, confident on calls, persistent, and comfortable speaking with senior business leaders.
Resposibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective customers
- Reach out to leads via phone, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and email
- Qualify prospects and identify business pain points
- Schedule introductory meetings for the sales team
- Maintain and update CRM records accurately
- Use lead generation and sales tools to manage outreach
- Follow up consistently with prospects
- Work closely with founders and sales leadership to improve outreach performance
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident and professional phone presence
- Previous experience in SDR, lead generation or outbound sales roles
- Familiarity with sales tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Pipedrive, or similar
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- Comfortable handling rejection and maintaining high activity levels
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
Nice to have
- Experience selling SaaS products
- Experience targeting retail, F&B, or multi-location businesses
- Experience with international outbound sales
