Leadbeam is an AI-powered Field Sales software designed to empower sales teams with tools to find high-value leads, optimize routes, and increase productivity by saving time on manual tasks. Utilizing advanced lead mapping and route optimization, Leadbeam helps sales reps minimize travel time, maximize face-to-face meetings, and close more deals. Sales leaders benefit from the Leadership Dashboard, which provides real-time insights into rep performance, territory coverage, and pipeline health. With seamless CRM integration and AI-driven features, Leadbeam enhances sales activities and enables data-driven decision-making. By transforming field sales interactions, Leadbeam drives revenue growth for businesses.
We’re looking for an SDR / Outbound Growth to build and scale our outbound engine from the ground up. This is a high-intensity, high-learning role for someone who treats outbound like a craft - not a checklist. If you enjoy testing messaging, iterating fast, and turning cold prospects into warm conversations - this role is for you.
What you'll do:
- Build and run cold outbound sequences across email, LinkedIn, and calls
- Research and identify high-quality prospects
- Write and test personalized outreach messages that get replies
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and book meetings for the sales team
- Maintain hygiene and tracking in CRM tools
- Analyze performance metrics (open rates, reply rates, conversion rates) and iterate
- Stay consistent with daily outreach volume and follow-ups
What you'll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 0 - 2 years of experience in sales, outbound, or growth roles
- Strong written communication - can write clear, concise, non-spammy outreach
- High energy and resilience - comfortable with rejection and persistence
- Relentless follow-up mindset - doesn’t drop leads easily
- Strong interest in sales, startups, and B2B SaaS
- Ability to learn fast, take feedback, and improve quickly
- Data-driven mindset - understands and acts on outreach metrics
- Comfortable using tools like LinkedIn, email platforms, and CRM systems
- Ability using AI tools to research prospects, personalize outreach, and improve messaging at scale
