Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Development Representative based in Chennai. Responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, initiating conversations with potential clients, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. The individual will collaborate across teams to support lead generation efforts, maintain accurate customer data, and develop strategies to meet set sales targets.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Experience with lead generation, prospecting, and nurturing customer relationships
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and proficiency in sales tools
  • Knowledge of technology sales, especially in ERP, CRM, Cloud, and Analytics domains
  • Strong organization and time management skills; ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Prior experience in sales or business development is a plus
  • Results-driven attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt
